Softecera provides professional IT services including:
Project payments are structured in milestones. An initial deposit is required to commence any project. Softecera Technology reserves the right to pause services if payments are not made within 7 business days of the invoice date.
Upon final payment, the client owns the finished digital product (Source Code, Design Assets). However, Softecera retains ownership of proprietary internal tools, libraries, and base frameworks used during development.
